(1) Clarify management responsibilities and implement a safety responsibility system. Without management, safety cannot be guaranteed. In laboratory safety management, we must first straighten out the management system and clarify management functions. A special agency should be set up to be responsible for laboratory safety management, and be responsible for the laboratory safety work of the entire school under the direct leadership of the principal in charge. The top leader of each unit should be responsible for the safety of the unit, establish a departmental safety leadership group, set up full-time safety management personnel, and assign safety officers to each laboratory or research group, forming a vertically to the bottom, horizontally to the edge, and closely connected safety management network system. Sign safety responsibility letters level by level to implement the safety responsibilities of personnel at all levels.
        (2) Improve the emergency response mechanism and improve the ability to handle emergencies. In order to effectively respond to various emergencies and deal with various emergencies that may endanger safety, formulating scientific and complete plans is the key to preventing accidents. Emergency plans include organizational mechanisms, emergency measures, accident handling steps, etc. Conduct drills when necessary to ensure that once an accident occurs, correct and effective response methods can be immediately adopted to control the development of the situation quickly and at a small cost to minimize accident losses.
        (3) Establish a reward and punishment incentive mechanism. Laboratory safety work is tedious, arduous, meticulous and long-term, and the results are not easy to see. Therefore, it is also essential to establish an effective incentive mechanism. Effective assessment, reward and punishment and other incentive mechanisms can enhance experimental personnel's understanding of safety work and increase their enthusiasm to consciously participate in safety management work.
