The overall requirements for the laboratory gas circuit are as follows:
1. In the laboratory centralized gas supply mode, it is introduced from the specific area of the laboratory by the external gas duct. In addition to the direct supply of clean air from the compressed air system, another is the high-pressure gas supply to the cylinder.
2. Each gas must have a main supply and a backup gas cylinder, and an automatic mode switching panel data should be installed for system gas supply control to ensure uninterrupted gas supply to the enterprise.
3. The gas is transported through pipelines, and generally there are brackets fixed in the wall every 1.5 meters. All circuits in the laboratory are installed under the suspended ceiling, and all circuits are clearly set along the walls to indicate the connected gases. Gas lines should have obvious signs every 1.5 meters to indicate the status of the gas.
4. For flammable and combustion-supporting gases, it is recommended to use a reduced pressure, and high fire resistance terminal installation.
5. All pressure reducing valves need to be connected to form an exhaust pipeline leading out of the gas data storage area. Flammable, combustion-supporting gas exhaust lines must not be developed and placed together.
6. All design and construction of laboratory gas lines must comply with relevant specifications and requirements.
