Brief description of laboratory gas pipeline materials and connection specifications and standards
1. Laboratory gas pipelines whose purity is less than a specific value should be 10# or 20# seamless steel pipes (inner surface galvanized or purified) and copper pipes. Galvanized pipes are connected with threads.
2, the gas pipeline with total impurity content ≤10-100ppm uses 304 stainless steel bright annealed tube, 304 stainless steel tube purification treatment and copper tube. Laboratory gas pipelines are connected by welding. Butt welding, socket welding or casing welding can be used.
3, the gas pipeline with total impurity content ≤1-10ppm uses 316 liter stainless steel bright annealed tube and 304 stainless steel electropolished tube. Laboratory gas pipeline connections are made by welding, traceless butt welding on the inner wall and high-purity argon arc welding.
