is mainly composed of gas source switching system, pipeline and connector system, secondary pressure regulating system, gas filtration and purification system, gas alarm system, pressure gauge, ball valve, etc.
1. High-pressure corrugated hose: stainless steel metal mesh on the outside and lined with PTFE material, with a length of more than 1 meter and a diameter of more than 6MM. One end complies with the standard cylinder connection model, and the other end is connected to the automatic switching system. Withstands greater than 3000PSI. Its characteristics are: clean, bright, soft and anti-corrosive.
2. Low-pressure alarm: The low-pressure alarm has multiple contacts that can simulate data output. The alarm can buzz and flash while displaying the name of the alarm gas. Explosion-proof wiring, signal simulation and automatic switching system bus are matched.
3. Pressure reducing valve: 316L stainless steel. The inlet pressure of the first-stage pressure reducing valve is 0-200bar, and the outlet pressure is 0-16bar; the inlet pressure of the second-stage pressure reducing valve is 0-16bar, and the outlet pressure is 0-6bar. The inlet and outlet interface has a 1/4” FNPT thread, and the pressure gauge interface has a 1/4” MNPT thread.
4. Pipe: The inner surface of the pipe is BA grade 316L ASTM A269 standard stainless steel pipe, 316L stainless steel is bright annealed, the base material conforms to BA grade high purity pipe, and the inner surface treatment value of the pipe should be less than 0.37U. Pipe standards: 1/4”---1/2” wall thickness 0.88mm. The maximum pressure is 300 bar, and the gas pipe is suitable for gases with purity grade 5.0.
5. Connectors: Made of 316L stainless steel bright annealed, the base material meets BA grade high-purity gas line fittings. Double card holder design. After hardening, the ferrule has shock resistance and high gripping force on the pipe, making it difficult for the pipe to loosen and cause danger under any circumstances. There are grooves inside the rear ferrule, which can reduce the torque during installation. The installer can easily lock the connector to the standard number of turns. The internal threads of the nut are silver-plated to provide necessary lubrication during installation and extend the thread life.
