What should we do when noise occurs in the all-steel fume hood?

All-steel fume hoods sometimes make noise. So what should you do when the fume hood makes noise?
        1. Silencer: The silencer is made of a porous silencer material. The silencer material is fixed on the inner wall of the air flow channel to meet the purpose of silencer.
        2. Anti-vibration pad: When installing the fan, put an anti-vibration pad under the fan to better reduce the noise.
        3. Exhaust duct: The thickness of the exhaust duct can also affect the ventilation noise of the all-steel fume hood. Try to use thicker ventilation ducts. Thick ducts can not only reduce noise, but also have much better ventilation effects than thin air ducts. Generally, 350 or 400 diameter ducts are suitable.
        4. Frequency conversion system: If conditions permit, you can choose to install a frequency conversion system. The frequency conversion system means that if four all-steel fume hoods are installed in the laboratory, if I only start two of them, the noise will be only one-half of the four units started at the same time. If I only start one of them, then its noise will be only one-quarter of the start-up.
