Analyze what are the important processing techniques after the fume hood is produced?

In fact, if you know a lot about fume hoods, you will know that its processing technology will also affect its use. If you are not clear about what processing technology it has gone through before, you can first take a look at the detailed introduction in the following article.
There are many models of fume hoods. The larger the internal space of the conjoined equipment, the more types of experiments can be performed. It is overall larger, which is more troublesome both in terms of transportation and later handling. Its processing technology has not changed much, but the later splicing methods are different.
The casing of   equipment is made of 1.0mm thick galvanized steel plate, which has stronger anti-rust performance. However, ordinary untreated cold-rolled steel plates are easy to rust after getting wet, and the fume hood made of cold-rolled steel plates has a shorter life. The steel plate is cut, bent, and welded into shape, and then a high-temperature baking process is used to spray and solidify the corrosion-resistant epoxy resin powder on the surface of the equipment. In this way, the fume hood has good corrosion resistance. Equipment that uses the spraying process often has a paint surface that peels off easily and has a short service life. Once the paint surface falls off, the rust and corrosion resistance of the entire equipment cannot be guaranteed.Fume hoodThe inner lining board is made of anti-corrosion chemical-resistant base board, and the window is made of 5mm-thick explosion-proof tempered glass, which can protect the personal safety of experimenters in the event of an accident during the experiment.
These are some of the processing work that needs to be done after the fume hood is completed.
