1. The gas pipelines are composed of high-quality, fully annealed, seamlessly connected stainless steel pipes. Copper tubes are only used at the ends of gas pipelines, in places where gas purity requirements are not too strict, such as fume hoods.
2. Gas pipelines must not be laid on the same rack as cables or conductive lines.
3. Flammable gases, such as acetylene, need to be introduced separately from other gases. If hydrogen pipelines are laid parallel to other combustible gas pipelines, the distance between them should not be less than 0.5 meters, and the distance during cross laying should not be less than 0.25 meters. When laying in layers, the hydrogen pipelines should be located above.
4. The gas pipeline leading to the experimental bench must be installed with a separate control valve.
Experimental benchThere should be control valves that discharge different gases evenly. It is recommended to install a gas purification device in front of the helium pipeline.
5. The compressed air has a purification device on the pipeline to filter impurities and moisture. This purification device needs to be connected in parallel and separated by a separate valve to facilitate the maintenance of the filter device.
6. The connection of high-purity gas pipelines is seamless welding. Coupling fittings may only be used when connected to a valve or regulating device.
7. Each laboratory must have separate control valves, pressure reducing valves and pressure gauges.
