Before installing the PLACEHOLDERPP test bench, external supply and energy support work will generally be done, especially the water and electricity work. It cannot be ignored, otherwise it will affect its normal operation, so let's take a look at the settings of its water and electricity system.

When preparing for water and electricity work, power cords, voltage supplies, etc. must be properly equipped. Generally, the voltage is divided into two types: outdoor unit 380V and indoor unit 220V. The power cord used needs to meet the standards. The 220V power cord selected is more than 2.5 square meters, and the 380V power cord is more than 9 square meters. Only by meeting these requirements can the PP test bench be guaranteed to work normally. The power cord needs to be connected to a ground protection device. The distribution box can be installed next to or adjacent to the cabinet. The incoming wire is 16mm2 five-wire, and the main switch is three-phase 63A. A single-phase 10A five-hole, single-phase 10A universal socket is installed on the cabinet. A spare three-phase power supply is reserved on the wall. The outlet is temporarily sealed with a cover plate. Reserve two spare switches in the distribution box, and embed wire pipes from the distribution box to the ceiling.

When preparing for water work, the water supply vertical pipe and water meter should be placed in the tube well on the left side of the laboratory door. The water supply should be led to the wall behind the cabinet through the ceiling, and the remote water nozzle switch should be installed on the outside below the cabinet door. Drainage from the floor drain passes through the floor and is led to the water supply and drainage shaft through the ceiling of the next floor. The floor drain is installed on the left wall, and the drainage vertical pipe is installed in the tube well on the left side of the laboratory door. The water pipes above need to be equipped with ceramic core or copper core water supply valves. The cabinet also needs to reserve the position of the upper and lower water pipes. Generally, the diameter of the upper free water pipe is 20mm and the diameter of the lower free water pipe is 50mm, so the reserved height can be set as 200mm.

The setting of the water and electricity system of the PP test bench is very critical. We need to pay attention when setting it up, otherwise it will affect our normal work. Therefore, we need to remember the above content and understand the relevant precautions and operate it correctly.
