What are the ways to control the air volume of all-steel fume hoods?

        all-steel fume hood is an important type of furniture in laboratory local ventilation equipment. Its main function is to promptly discharge harmful gases generated during the experiment to ensure the environmental safety of the laboratory and to protect the life and health of experimental personnel. How does it control its air volume during actual use?
        1. Control method
        The air volume control methods of all-steel fume hoods are generally divided into three categories: switch control, manual control and sensor control.
        1. Switching volume control: Through control methods such as proximity switches or travel switches, the switching volume signal is directly transmitted to the controller to quickly adjust the required air volume changes. This control method is characterized by low cost, automatic control, and easy operation.  
        2. Manual control: The switching signal is transmitted to the controller through the manual switch, and the required air volume changes can be quickly adjusted, and pre-discharge can be performed before the exhaust system cabinet is opened. This control method is characterized by low cost, manual control, and safe and reliable operation.  
        3. Sensor control: Automatically adjust the exhaust volume of the fume hood according to changes in wind pressure or wind speed. This control method has a high degree of automation, but there may be adjustment lag during the control process, and the initial investment cost is high. This type of control method is not recommended in general laboratories.  
        2. Air volume control: Use laboratory ventilation. The exhaust volume of the fan is controlled according to the number of openings of the laboratory all-steel fume hood.
