Detailed method of assembling all-steel experimental bench
As we all know, no matter what object is installed, we need to follow a specific process to install it, and the same is true for the all-steel experimental bench. When we install it, we must first understand its structure, and then install it according to the specific installation process. Only in this way can we ensure that the all-steel experimental bench is not prone to problems during use.
The structure of laboratory furniture is basically divided into three types: all-steel structure; steel-wood structure; all-wood structure. For the test benches of the above three structures, the following installation steps and installation requirements are made.
All steel experimental benchInstallation steps: Check the height of the adjusting feet at the bottom of the cabinet, and rotate all adjusting feet to a distance of 5mm from the ground to facilitate adjustment when the ground is uneven.
Place various types of cabinets in place according to the drawings, and observe whether the top table is high or low. If it is not flat, adjust the cabinet feet and measure with a level to make the horizontal and vertical directions horizontal. The edges of the cabinet are aligned and connected with screws or cap bolts. When connecting, pay attention to the flatness of the surface and whether there are any bumps and convexities. Each adjustment foot must touch the ground and be able to withstand gravity. After fixing the side sealing plate, you can proceed to the installation of the countertop. If there are holes for sinks and reagent racks on the countertop, open them before gluing the countertop.
Screw fixing method: Apply silicone evenly on the bonding surface of the connected cabinets. The surrounding silicone should be 10mm-15mm away from the edge of the cabinet to prevent glue from overflowing after pressing on the top. After gluing, place the countertop flatly on the cabinet. When laying it flat, try to put it in place at one time. Do not allow anyone to misplace it to prevent the glue from overflowing and falling on the cabinet when moving, making it difficult to clean and affecting the bonding effect.
is placed on the experimental table to ensure a smooth line transition and smooth table top. If the table top is uneven, two methods of padding and heavy pressing can be used. That is, the ground should be raised with hard materials, and the high places should be pressed down with heavy objects, depending on the situation. There is also a way to use screws for adjustment. Drill holes in the folded edge of the rigid cabinet, and then use the screw length to adjust the height of the countertop. If you use 4mm screws, the diameter of the hole should be 3.2mm.
After the glue dries, press the front countertop and then do the countertop seaming processing. If the corners of the countertop are rounded, there should be no seams between the countertops; if the corners of the countertop are at right angles, leave a 3mm gap with ≤ for filling in glue. The steps are as follows: first paste masking paper on the joints of the two countertops; apply silicone or epoxy resin glue with the same color as the countertops. If there is a 3mm gap left on the countertop, the glue must be filled to prevent the seams from cracking and the glue peeling off.
Of course, the above installation still requires construction personnel from the experimental bench manufacturer. I hope the above sharing can help you, and you are welcome to call us for consultation.
