How to judge the quality of all-steel fume hood
all-steel fume hood is one of the important local ventilation equipment in the laboratory. 2, countertop part
(1) The all-steel ventilation cabinet top still adopts a butterfly-shaped design. In order to facilitate the cleaning of the experimental table, it can also effectively avoid chemical reagents during the experiment from leaking out of the ventilation cabinet and causing pollution;
(2) The countertop material part needs to have chemical properties of acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance when selected. Secondly, it also needs to have specific high temperature resistance, load-bearing and other properties to facilitate the use of later experiments.
3. Base cabinet part
(1) The base cabinet must be strong and stable. The material selection should be made with specific fire resistance, and it needs to have specific acid and alkali resistance and corrosion resistance, so that it can be used longer;
(2) The power supply needs to be safe and reasonable, and it must be easy to repair water, electricity and gas.
4. Accessories
(1) All-steel fume hoods also need to consider some ancillary accessories, and the electrical system needs to consider explosion protection, durability and voltage;
(2) Water includes distilled water, pure water, reverse osmosis water, etc. The selection needs to be confirmed according to the specific use environment of the laboratory.
