Types of experimental benches
What type of test bench? Experimental benches are used by hospitals, schools, chemical plants and other units to conduct experimental testing and store instruments.
According to the placement location, is divided into: central experimental bench, side experimental bench, corner bench, washing bench, instrument bench, chromatography bench, operating bench, purification bench, physics bench, etc.; according to the material, it is divided into: all-steel bench, steel-wood bench, PP bench, all-wood bench, aluminum-wood bench.
The all-wood structure experimental bench is mainly made of melamine board as the main material and other auxiliary materials. Plywood and medium density fiberboard are common auxiliary materials. The all-wood structure experimental bench is cheap and occupies a lot of market share.
There are many forms of fixed experimental benches. Commonly used are reinforced concrete structure countertops and brick supports. There are wooden utensil cabinets under the bench, and white ceramic tiles, terrazzo, marble or natural granite are used on the countertop. This type of laboratory bench is sturdy and durable. It is high temperature resistant and stable, and is often used on rooftop platforms, high-temperature furnaces, and photometric instrument stands.
Keep a certain distance between the experimental bench and the exterior wall with lighting windows; for larger laboratories, the experimental bench should be arranged at right angles and in a straight line with the exterior wall. Do not place the straight-shaped experimental bench under the window.
Impact resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, drug resistance, heat resistance, and wear resistance are all common requirements for experimental benches. Sunlight will not cause discoloration or fading. In addition, the product is easy to clean, even if it is stained with oil.
