How to solve the problem of high noise in all-steel fume hoods

If it is installed in an all-steel fume hood, try to use more than one exhaust system. When the experimental fume hood is opened, several humming noise generators are working at the same time, which is a bit noisy, so you can only install outdoor centrifugal fans, usually installed on the roof, but the noise is still there, and it is louder than the indoor axial flow fan. So how to deal with it?
1. Muffler: The muffler is made of porous muffling material, which is fixed on the inner wall of the air channel for muffling sound.
2. Anti-vibration pad: The anti-vibration pad under the fan can reduce the noise when the fan is installed.
3. Exhaust duct: The thickness of the exhaust duct will also affect ventilation noise. Try to use thicker ventilation ducts. Thick ducts can not only reduce noise, but also have much better ventilation effects than thin ducts. Generally, 350 or 400 diameter ducts are more appropriate.
4. Frequency conversion system: Install a frequency conversion system when conditions permit. The frequency conversion system means that if four all-steel fume hoods are installed, if I only start with two sets of fume hoods, the noise is only half of the first four. At the same time, if you only start with the fume hoods, so there is only a quarter of the noise.
