Material selection for all-steel experimental benches

1. Experimental bench frame: Generally made of C-shaped square steel, which is reliably welded. After pickling, phosphating and electrophoresis, the surface of the experimental bench is sprayed with high-voltage electrostatic powder of epoxy resin and cured at high temperature. It has good anti-corrosion properties, is tight and strong, and has strong load-bearing capacity.
2. Experimental bench tops: Generally made of epoxy resin boards, solid physical and chemical boards, ceramic boards, marble boards, Trespa boards, stainless steel boards, etc., the surface is technically treated, smooth and pore-free, acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion, edge milled, corrosion-resistant and waterproof, all reaching excellent standards in the laboratory industry.
3. Experimental bench box: The main structure adopts a fixed metal cabinet to directly support the benchtop. The cabinet body of the experimental bench is generally made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, and the outside is pickled and phosphorized and then sprayed with epoxy resin electrostatic powder.
4. Experimental bench door panels and drawer panels: Generally made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plates, the surface is degreased and phosphorized and then sprayed with electrostatic powder. The experimental bench structure is a double-layer hollow reinforced type, and there are no exposed rivets and screws in the drawer.
5. Experimental bench slide rails: generally use three-section silent slide rails, which are treated with high-temperature spray anti-acid and alkali paint. They are acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, smooth and noise-free pumping, high strength, can be used normally for more than 50,000 times, and will not deform under long-term load.
6. Hinge: It adopts laboratory-specific high-strength nylon hinge, which has acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, strong load-bearing capacity, can bear more than 75kg, wear resistance, no rust and other excellent properties. It can be opened more than 50,000 times without damage. No noise, no rebound, no breakage.
7. Handles: mainly all steel, aluminum alloy or handles developed by various manufacturers and matched with experimental benches.
8. Experimental table foot: It adopts a combination of stainless steel and nylon foot, with an adjustable height of 30mm—50mm.
9. Screws: Use nylon and stainless steel screws, which are strong and excellent, beautiful and durable.
