Experimental bench technical process material description

        1. Countertop part
        countertops are divided into phenolic resin plates, epoxy resin plates, and stainless steel plate materials.
1. Organic chemistry experimental table:
A. The 1mm thick phenolic resin board is made by bonding with the base material 25mm thick medium density fiberboard, and the balance board is pasted on the bottom. The total thickness is 27mm, and the edge is 2.0 thick PVC.
B. Use 12.7mm thick phenolic resin board to add edges to the bottom, with a total thickness of 25.4mm.
C. Use 25mm thick epoxy resin board.
2. The inorganic chemistry and physics experimental bench uses a 1mm thick phenolic resin board for the table top, a 38mm thick moisture-proof and environmentally friendly particleboard material for the base board, and a 2.0mm thick PVC material for the edges.
3. The top of the biological experimental bench is made of 1.2mm thick stainless steel plate, and the base plate is made of 30mm thick moisture-proof and environmentally friendly particle board. It is characterized by easy cleaning and flushing, high temperature resistance, and certain corrosion resistance.
2. Frame part
1. The frame is welded and made of 40*60*2mm and 30*50*2mm thick steel profiles. After welding, the surface is smooth and there are no traces of solder joints. The surface of the bracket is sprayed with epoxy resin powder.
2. The front and rear connecting parts are made of 20mm thick cold-rolled metal plates, and are connected to the main frame with M8*20mm screws. The surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder
3. A removable back panel is designed at the back for easy maintenance and repair. The material is made of 1.0mm thick metal cold-rolled plate, and the surface is treated and sprayed with epoxy resin powder.
3. Base box part
Base box material description:
1. Side panels, bottom panels, and top panels: all made of 18mm thick melamine board material;
2. Door panel: Made of 18mm thick high-quality particleboard and bonded fireproof board;
3. Edge sealing: Use 2mm thick PVC edge sealing;
4. Handle: Use stainless steel matt handle or aluminum alloy bar handle.
4. Reagent rack material description
It can be equipped with experimental water supply system, electronic control system, various experimental gas functions, and waste gas output system. The height of the reagent rack can be adjusted arbitrarily to accommodate the storage of reagent bottles of various heights. The structure is stable and easy to maintain. Each connecting section can bear a load of 50-100kg.
1. Support frame: Made of 1.5mm thick high-quality cold-rolled plate, bent and welded, with an overall size of 40*75, and the surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder.
2. Laminate:
        (1) uses 1.0mm thick phenolic resin board, the base board is 16mm thick particle board, the bottom surface is bonded with a balance board, and the surrounding is sealed with PVC plastic;
(2) 1.5mm thick cold-rolled steel plate, surface electrostatic powder spraying, corrosion-resistant;
(3) 10mm thick tempered glass laminate.
3. Shelf accessories: namely the front edge of the shelf and the pallets on both sides. The front edge is made by bending 1.2mm thick high-quality cold-rolled plates, and the two-side pallets are made by bending 2.0mm thick high-quality cold-rolled plates. The surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder, and anti-collision black rubber strips are designed on the front edge.
4. Multifunctional trunking board: Made of 1.0mm thick cold-rolled plate, bent and welded, with epoxy resin powder spraying on the surface. Can be configured with laboratory-specific sockets (voltage: 220V; 10A, 13A, 16A), overload short-circuit protector, electronic voltage regulator, telephone interface, and network interface.
5. Wire duct: The material is PVC special wire duct, which is directly introduced from the ground to the multi-functional electronic control panel to connect various functional configurations.
6. Fasteners: All use black anti-corrosion hexagon socket screws.
5. Accessories
1. Safety socket: Use Feidiao universal socket, or customize and purchase according to the specific requirements of the laboratory;
2. Power-off short-circuit protector: The shell is designed and molded using fireproof and high-temperature resistant materials;
3. Laboratory faucets: Laboratory faucets are made of 2.5-3mm thick cast copper material and ceramic valve core. The surface is sprayed with epoxy resin powder. Copper pipe joints and faucets.
Faucet configuration
a. Triple faucet: The high spout is equipped with a pointed spout, and the low spouts at both ends are equipped with slow-flow spouts;
b. Double faucet: equipped with slow-flow spout;
c. Single faucet: with pointed spout;
d. All T-shaped and right-angle faucets used in cup sinks have pointed spouts;
4. Sink: The thickness is 5mm PP material, which is resistant to strong acid and alkali and corrosion.
Laboratory faucet and sink configuration
a. Triple and double laboratory faucets are equipped with MBC-029 sink (outer diameter: 560*457*300mm);
b. The single-joint laboratory faucet is equipped with MBC-032 sink (outer diameter: 440*340*280mm);
c. T-shaped and right-angle faucets are equipped with MBC-028 sink (outer diameter: 266*112*210mm).
5. Water supply accessories: Use Rifeng brand aluminum-plastic environmentally friendly water supply pipes and copper connectors. Sewer pipe accessories: Made of PVC material, equipped with return bend.
6. Air nozzles and air valves: made of stainless steel castings. There are single mouth, double mouth, three mouth, four mouth and other options.
7. Adjustable combination foot: It is composed of stainless steel screws, nylon cover and rubber material. It has the characteristics of anti-slip, shock absorption, acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance and strong load-bearing capacity.
8. Hinge: Use 90o or 175o high-quality hinges imported or produced by joint venture factories.
9. Drawer slide: It adopts the slide produced by an excellent joint venture factory, with silent design and automatic return function.
10. Test tube rack: Made of 12.7mm thick phenolic resin material combined with PP rods, it can be configured according to usage requirements.
